4. Freemium Model
Diamex operates under a freemium model, where verified users enjoy premium benefits for a three-month period from the date of verification. Diamex reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate this freemium period at its discretion and introduce premium features as a paid service in the future.
5. User-Generated Content
Users may upload diamond listings, images, and videos for trade purposes. These listings may be modified or deleted by the user at any time. Diamex reserves the right to retain listings and related content for internal use, such as improving the app’s features, until the listings expire or are deleted.
6. Account Termination
Diamex reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user account in cases of fraud, false information, illegal activities, misconduct, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. In such cases, users will be notified via email, and their accounts will be marked as fraudulent if applicable. The termination is effective immediately, and Diamex reserves the right to take legal action where appropriate.

Users must conduct their due diligence before executing any trade. Diamex is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from fraudulent activity, trade disputes, or misuse of the platform.
